Want to return an item? Want to exchange? No problem! We have a 30 day "No Quibble" returns policy and want to keep it as simple as possible! You do not need to email us, just follow the steps below. Alternatively, we have teamed up with An Post's ReturnPal to offer tracked returns for only €4.50

  • Download and fill out our returns form here. No printer? just write the details on a sheet of paper and pop into the shoe box.
  • Pop the shoes back into the shoe box and cover with a mailing bag.
  • Bring to your local Post Office or preferred carrier.
  • We will refund you within 14 working days.
  • If using ReturnPal, please see ReturnPal section below. 

Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging (shoe box) and covered in a mailing bag back to us (i.e no sellotape/writing on the shoe box). All items must be unworn so when trying on please do so on a carpeted surface. If any item is returned to us showing signs of wear we will be unable to refund. Once back, we will refund you within 14 working days.

ReturnPal €4.50 (ROI only)

We have teamed up with An Post to offer you a discounted returns rate of only €4.50. You can arrange for your returns to be dropped off at any Post Office or collected from your address (or even your neighbours or work address). Using Returnpal couldn't be easier. Just follow the return steps at the top of the page and then generate a return on the app:

- Download the ReturnsPal App from the Play Store/Apple Store.
- Select COLLECTION or POST OFFICE
- Select HIGHHEELS.ie from the list of companies.
- Select your payment method (Credit/Debit or PayPal)

If you have selected POST OFFICE, You simply bring the item to the Post Office and present the 2D barcode code generated in the app to the Post Office clerk when dropping off their package. Your QR code is usually saved to your Gallery/Images.

If you have selected COLLECTION, A Postal Operative will collect the package from the postal address provided Monday-Friday. All bookings made before 12 midnight can be collected on the next working day if required. The Postal Operative will bring the return barcoded label with him when collecting your item.

The Postal Operative will scan the item upon collection and this scan will be shown on the An Post tracking website and can be checked at anpost.ie/track. Your tracking will be available within the ReturnPal app.

Exchanges

We are happy  to exchange an item if you follow the steps below. This is the only way in which we can facilitate exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, simply reorder the new item you want and post back the item you no longer want.

Follow the steps on the Returns section above, and on your return form just write in EXCHANGE and your new order number.  We will then refund you for the original order in full, including postage costs (so that you don't pay postage twice)

If we receive a returns form with EXCHANGE on it and are unable to see the new order, we will issue you a refund in accordance with our exchange policy. 

If you have received a Faulty Item, please follow the steps above in accordance with our Returns Policy and send us an email. Studs/Diamantes/Spikes are all for decoration purposes and do not warrant a fault with the shoe.
