Want to return an item? No problem. We have a 30 day "No Quibble" returns policy. You do not need to email us, just follow the steps below.  We have teamed up with An Post's ReturnsPal and can now offer discounted returns of only €4.50 (details below). We no longer provide Return Forms in the parcels as you can download one below. 

  • Download and fill out our returns form here. If you have no printer, just write the details on a sheet of paper and include in the return.
  • Repackage the shoes in the same condition you received them.
  • Bring to your local Post Office or post back using the carrier you prefer.
  • If using ReturnPal app follow the instructions below.
  • We will refund you within 14 working days.
Once your return has been received we will refund the full purchase price of the items returned (postage excluded) within 14 working days. All refunds will be refunded back to the original payment method used. Please ensure you add the above returns form inside the package so we know who to refund. 


When trying on footwear please try on on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage/scruff marks to the shoe. If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email us.


ReturnPal Returns


We have teamed up with An Post's ReturnPal to offer you a discounted returns rate of only €4.50. You can arrange for your returns to be dropped off at any Post Office or collected from your address (or even your neighbours or work address). Using ReturnPal couldn't be easier. Just follow the steps below:

- Download the ReturnsPal App from the Play Store/Apple Store.
- Select HIGHHEELS.ie from the list of companies.
- Select your payment method (Credit/Debit or PayPal)

If you have selected POST OFFICE, You simply bring the item to the Post Office and present the 2D barcode code generated in the app to the Post Office clerk when dropping off their package. Your QR code is usually saved to your Gallery/Images.

If you have selected COLLECTION, A Postal Operative will collect the package from the postal address provided Monday-Friday. All bookings made before 12 midnight can be collected on the next working day if required. The Postal Operative will bring the return barcoded label with him when collecting your item.

The Postal Operative will scan the item upon collection and this scan will be shown on the An Post tracking website and can be checked at https://www.anpost.ie/track. Your tracking will be available within the ReturnPal app.


This service is only available to customers in the Republic of Ireland. For customers outside Republic of Ireland, please post back to us using our returns address.



In order to exchange any shoes from a different size or model, just reorder the shoes/size you want on the website. Then post back the ones you do not want by following the Return steps at the top of this page. On your Return Form, just write "exchange". We will then refund you in full for the returned pair, so you will not be paying another postal charge.
Please note: This is the only way we can facilitate exchanges due to the fast turn around of some of our stock. Alternatively, you can just return the pair you have, and we will refund you for those.
