• Do I need to create an account?
    You have the option of creating an account or checking our as a guest. If you create an account, you will be able to view recent orders and add shipping addresses. To create an account, you simply add the item to the cart and during checkout, you will have an option to "Save this information for later". This will create an account. Alternatively, you can click here to create one.
  • Paying with PayPal on Phone/App/Tablet
    When you have added your items to the cart, simply click on "Secure Payment". This will allow you to enter your details. When you have entered your address and selected shipping, you will then have the payment option. Click on PayPal (Under Credit/Debit Card) and you will be brought to PayPal to complete and pay for your items.
  • I have forgotten my account password
    No problem. If you have forgotten your password, just click on the "Forgot Password" link under the login page. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you, where you can update your password.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Cards. Visa and Mastercard can be Credit or Debit cards. We also accept PayPal.
  • What currency will I be billed in?
    All orders will be processed in EURO, as we are an Irish company. The total will be in EURO in our Checkout also.
  • Will I receive confirmation on my order?
    Once you have successfully checked out, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt direct to your email inbox. This will have a breakdown of your order, and will be the confirmation that the order was successful.
  • Can I change my order once I made it?
    If you have made an order change it, just email us with the details. We process all our orders within 24 hours (same day for express) so once your email reaches us before the order has been dispatched - we can cancel or change it.

    If the order has already been shipped, you are free to return the item to us under our Returns Policy.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes you can cancel your order with us. If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, just email us with your order number and we can cancel the order provided that the order has not been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us.


    If the order has been dispatched, you can return the items to us under our Returns Policy or alternatively, if you are an EU customer, you can cancel under the Consumer Rights Directive.







  • How much is delivery?
    Please see the bottom of the page for delivery prices. You can also click here to view them. We also offer Free Delivery if you spend over a certain amount. See Delivery for more information. Shoes will be delivered in plain mailing bag. Your receipt will be emailed to you and the returns form is available in the Returns Policy section. This is to keep costs down which we pass on to you and helps the environment.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours for express/48 for standard.. If you have paid for Express Delivery, we aim to dispatch your order the same day, provided you have checked out before 12.30pm.

  • When will I get my order? (UK)
    Below is an estimate on when you will receive your order. Express Delivery is usually 24 hours (Once ordered before 12.30pm) and Standard Delivery can take up to 2-4 working days. Please note: UK Highlands and Islands may take a few days longer. We use Royal Mail for these postcodes.

  • When will I get my order? (EU/International)
    We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please check our Delivery page for a delivery estimate for your country.

    We will provide you with a tracking number which you can track its progress. The item will get handed over to your local postage carrier when it enters your country.


    All items will require a signature upon delivery so please make sure someone is at the address to sign for them.

  • Can I get the item delivered to a work address?
    Yes. You can get your order shipped to your work address. Please make sure that someone will be there to sign for the item.
  • Will my order be trackable?
    Yes. All orders made on our website are trackable. When you have made your order, you will be provided with a tracking number and a website where you can track its progress.
  • I haven't received my order?
    If you have not received your order or are having issues with the tracking number, just email us and we will be able to chase it up. It could simply be a case that no one was home to receive the item. In cases like this, they usually will bring back to the depot or deliver to a neighbour. We will be able to chase this up for you.

    In some cases, we will have to provide you with the phone number for the carrier as they will need to speak with you. This is just to speed up the delivery of the item.

  • I received a faulty/incorrect item?
    If you have a received a faulty item or an incorrect item, just email us and we will sort the issue out straight away.
  • Are there any Custom duties for EU/International Orders?
    All items are located within Ireland. There is no custom duties for any items delivered within the EU.

    For orders outside the EU, there may be custom duties which we are not responsible for. Please contact your countries Customs office for fees.





  • Can I return my item?
    Yes. That is no problem at all. We offer a "14 Day No Quibble" Returns Policy. You can return any item to us for any reason at all. All we ask is that you follow the steps of our Returns Policy.

    We advise all customers returning items to send the item back tracked. This will show when the item is delivered and cover you if any item gets lost in the post.

  • Can I exchange my item?
    We do not offer an exchange service. This is purely due to the fact that some items can sell out by the time your exchange is received.

    If you would like to change for another size, we recommend that you simply reorder the size you require and then return the item to us that you no longer want.

  • International Returns
    Please follow our Returns Policy if you would like to return an item that was ordered outside the EU. Please note, International Returns will have to be marked as a RETURN at your local Post Office.




  • Can I get more information about a product?
    Yes that is no problem. Simply email us with any further questions about an item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Will this item be restocked?
    Due to the fast movement of fashion trends, it is not always possible for items to be restocked. We do try our best to get items back in stock but this is not always possible. Any items that are in our "Clearance" or "Sale" section - will not be restocked as usually those models are discontinued.
  • I cannot select my size or its not showing
    If your size is not showing or your can not select it, it means that it is sold out. If it is a new item, we may have more coming in. Check our Facebook page for any updates or simply email us. Please note: SALE items will not be restocked in any sizes.
