Want to return an item? No problem at all. We have a 30 day "No Quibble" returns policy and want to keep it as simple as possible! You do not need to email us, just follow the steps below. To do our little bit for the planet, we no longer provide Return Forms in the parcels as you can download one below.

  • Download and fill out our returns form here. If you have no printer, just write the details on a sheet of paper and include in the return.
  • Repackage the shoes in the same condition you received them.
  • Bring to your local Post Office. We recommended you get a tracking number.
  • We will refund you within 7 working days.
You can return any unwanted item for a refund. All we ask is the product(s) are returned in the same condition they were sent, unworn, unmarked, with all tags attached and in the original packaging/shoe box within 30 days of ordering your item.
Please note: The shoe box must be covered when returning in mailing bag. (No address' wrote on the box or sellotape) and the returned items must be in the same condition you received them.

Once your return has been received we will refund the full purchase price of the items returned (postage excluded) within 7 working days. All refunds will be refunded back to the original payment method used. Please ensure you add the above returns form inside the package so we know who to refund. 


In order to exchange any shoes from a different size or model, just reorder the shoes/size you want on the website. Then post back the ones you do not want by following the Return steps at the top of this page. On your Return Form, just write "exchange". We will then refund you in full for the returned pair, so you will not be paying another postal charge.
Please note: This is the only way we can facilitate exchanges due to the fast turn around of some of our stock. Alternatively, you can just return the pair you have, and we will refund you for those.
All returns now go to our Lisburn unit. An Post postage is the same price to post here as anywhere else in Ireland.
